Only a quick wash and polish so not exactly buffed to a mirror finish, but looks good. Especially considering it had 2000 miles worth of grime and wildlife before i started.

Looks good but I preferred the white wheels.

I did too. This was to make me look like less of a boy racer for house viewings since were meeting landlords at the properties. Theyre picky enough already with me being 22 so unfortunately i have to look as normal as possible. They will shortly be redone though. Considering trying out a black centre and red outer rim on the steelies when i take the caps off again.

If you did red centre and black outer rim you could just slap the plastic back on and look all good.

Looks nice. My car is black and I never seem able to take a decent picture.

That looks like it is brand new, though I was kinda digging your chicken mesh and painted steelies.

I do like these Twingos before they went Nissan Juke-esque on the front.

It’s got some imperfections from close up but it doesn’t look too bad.

Plus the painted steelies will make a return.

You could paint the entire wheel except for the exposed areas.

Well mine isn’t perfect either, I have quite a lot of small shallow scratches. Which suck on a light car.

Well funny you say that. I only painted what i needed to to return them to stock today. Looks very erm, rat rod with the cover off now.

The paint is very soft on these I’ve noticed. I have a couple deeper scratches too and a large scuff and shallow dent from the previous owner low on the rear quarter/ door. Then theres the rear bumper in need of a respray. So yeah not perfect haha.

Haha, I knew i needed a black base under the hubcap but didnt want to take them off and couldnt spray them in place. A brush and tin of matt black fence paint later and thats what I arrived at...

Yeah, I once backed into a low rusty pole which was hidden in a autumn-y hedge, and it scraped off the paint on my rear bumper like it was melted butter.
